We also have some camouflage and other miscellaneous style caps as well. All caps have adjustable back straps. Bandannas we are now carrying some colors of bandannas, these are solid color 22" x 22" bandannas made of 50% polyester/50% cotton. If you are looking for a specific color (see above for all colors available) let us know ahead of time as we only stock a few colors. These can be lettered, stock transfer designs applied and custom digital photos or designs applied to white or very light color bandannas. 

We get shipments from our warehouse about once a week and can special order any items.

Iron-On Directions for our iron-on Letters & Numbers: Many have asked us if we sell them just the lettering and numbering so they can apply it themselves and the answer is Yes. (We use a special heat transfer press at about 370 degrees for 6 seconds.) on a hard rubber surface. You can probably do it on an ironing board with your iron set as hot as possible and experiment, start off with less time and add more time as necessary. If you don't think it is sticking, try re-ironing the letter again using transfer paper over it, try a couple seconds at a time as over heating can cause damage and melt the letter to much. The letters actually melt onto the fabric which is what makes them hold so well in the wash, letters should never come loose in the wash, if they do that means they were not applied long enough or heated properly.  You must cover letters or numbers with heat transfer paper available from us and apply letters with dull side to fabric and shiny side facing up; our letters that are being made now have new letters that have a pebble grain look on the top side. You may get letters that are mixed with new & old material and on color letters there may be slight color difference. After ironing-on letters allow paper to cool before removing paper. Transfer paper is useable over and over again. We cannot be responsible for customers who damage their goods due to not applying letters/numbers correctly or due to different heat sources which we have no control over. Letters are designed to be applied to cotton, poly/cotton, polyester material and just about any type of cloth, it is not designed for nylon.

Rush/Overnight/Shipping Orders...      

Customers needing lettering/numbering orders shipped overnight for next day arrival should have orders placed by 1 pm Chicago time in order to be pulled, packaged and invoiced for overnight shipment that day. Customers are responsible for all overnight shipping fees. Minimum mailing charges for regular postal orders is $2.50. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped via regular US post office.  If you want to track shipments once they leave our premises ship it UPS which every order is insured automatically for up to $100.00 and is traceable if lost, or priority USPS mail with tracking, this is usually less for small packages for USPS insurance is additional let us know if you want to insure it.

Individual iron-on lettering is available on wholesale & retail items. Most individual shirt lettering can be done on a while you wait bases in our showroom when we are not busy. Current styles of letters are shown below we have 1" Block, 2" Pro Block, Small Script (caps & lower case), Tiffany, Jiminy Cricket, Old English (caps & lower case). Transfer Paper	You will need special transfer paper if you are ironing on your own letters and/or numbers. If you do not tell us what size paper you want, we will provide a sheet based on what letters/numbers you buy. Transfer sheets are reusable. Paper is .10 per square inch, we can cut it to any size up to 12" x 12".	Example:  3 x 8 sheet is $2.40

Cutzit	Cutzit key tags are now available from CSI Chicago. The Cutzit key tag is a key shaped plastic key tag with a small retractable razor sharp stainless steel blade. This handy key tag is used to cut coupons, string, paper, carpet you name it! These are not available for retail sale anywhere and can only be obtained by buying them custom printed with a minimum order of 250 pcs, as on our main web site at www.custom-studios.com. But because people have asked us to buy a few we have made them available.  Cutzits are now available for $1.75 ea with a minimum order of 6 pcs. These are random cutzits we have.

CSI offers prespaced player names & numbers, we offer these custom names & numbers in sets which allows you to pick from 8 different styles of type in straight across or arched names. Custom Digital Transfer Shirts

                 

  Digital transfer t-shirts are ideal for product & business promotion and also putting your personal photo on a t-shirt or coffee cup as a gift or for yourself, lettering can be added to any picture for $5.00 typesetting fee.

CSI Chicago offers digital print transfers with a 1 pc minimum. You can email art or digital photos to  csichicago1@yahoo.com . Allow about 1-2 days for processing. An optional same day rush service is available contact us first to make arrangements. Our custom digital transfer T-shirts have become one of our most popular items! The advantage of digital transfer printed shirts is the quick turn around and the fact that you can do a complete customized full color shirt from your artwork or photo for $22.95 (we also have quantity discounts). We can also reproduce photos on your own material as well (pillow case, cloth, apron, tote bag, cap, etc.) They tend to be clearer on t-shirts because of the finer weave of the fabric, we don't recommend rib knit shirts or heather color shirts such as Ash and course fabrics are not recommended either. Optional rush same day service is also available, consult us first. We recommend putting these on white t-shirts. You can put these on very light color shirts, but keep in mind there is no opaque white to this process, so any white areas in the design will be the color of the shirt. We can mount them on an optional white backing but it usually works best as a simple design shape like a square, circle, or rectangle. 

New! We are now offering a digital decal imprinted coffee cup at $15.95 for a one side full color imprint imprint. These cups can be done in a day, same day rush service is available for $5.00, email your picture or artwork to us, lettering can be added to any picture or cup for $5.00 typesetting fee. We recomend gently hand washing to preserve photo decal.

Any Jpeg color file will usually work well for a Digital reproduction. For 1 color art a  TIF, EPS, AI or PDF file will usually work. Submit us a printed color photo/design printed on white paper to original size (up to 8.5 x 11 size). Normal delivery on custom digital printed jobs is 2-3 days. Orders needed in a hurry are charged a small rush charge.

Digital Print Transfers for Light & Dark Color Shirts.

	Shown here is a digital transfer print. This process is ideal for quick turn around and full color printed designs on white or light color shirts. Designed for doing your full color design on white shirts. Minimum is only 1 pc.  Send us your jpeg or other file (eps, color PDF, etc will usually work. This artwork was designed by us for the DJ customer.		Shown here is a digital photo transfer print on a White t-shirt. Lettering was typeset and added to the picture and put on 1 t-shirt as a gift.

	Shown here is a digital printed transfer t-shirt that we did for a small business that had a full color design. For larger quantities we recommend doing direct digital printing on the garment. Doing direct digital printing requires more time (about 1  weeks) Minimum 6 pcs.		Shown here is a digital print using our white backing so that it can be applied to a Black t-shirt. The white backing is printed with Black to help blend the black background into the black shirt.  This is a 1 step process on our white backing digital transfer.

   Preparing art for printing on dark shirts using our Digital Color/White backing transfer process on Dark shirts.

We recommend putting digital printed transfers on White shirts for best results, they can also go on light colors (Yellow, Pink, Natural, etc) as color in transfers are transparent and t-shirt color will show through any white portions of your photo/design. If you need to go on Black or dark color shirts then we need to do a digital printed design on our white backing sheet for $2.50 extra, this is best for simple shapes like a square, rectangle, triangle or simple shape background designs, as there is White behind the whole design and does not require doing additional artwork as shown above. You can also do a black fill imprint as shown above in the O'Lanagan's Big Dog picture above.

Washing instructions for transfer printed shirts it is best to turn them inside out and wash using regular detergent. Do not use bleach or detergents that have bleach alternatives and any liquid softeners. Washing in cold water and hang drying will help extend and prolong the shirt & design.

We have many t-shirt specials in our showroom for $3.50 ea. or 2 for $6.00 some are imprinted and some are blank. Some are samples, designs & discontinued styles that sold for $10-$15. There are many great deals here! Come in and go through our 2 shirt racks of specials in youth sizes through adult XXXXL. XXL and up sizes are $1.00 more. There are even some sweatshirts & sport shirts. The shirts are constantly changing.
