Below are examples of our Cad Cut process and new assortment of materials and patterns that can be custom cut with your lettering and/or design. We have many more colors and patterns that can be ordered. Below are some of the colors & styles that we have in stock. We can cut your custom graphic or lettering on our different heat transfer materials below it adheres well to Cotton, Cotton-blends, Polyester, Spandex, Lycra, Wool, Linen and some Athletic mesh garments.

Graphic Cad Cut is ideal for small custom shirt quantities or 1 individual shirts as there are no minimums.

If you have a simple logo email us a vector file (EPS) and we will custom cut your design/lettering onto any of our stock materials below (see setup charge below if applicable). If you don't have EPS art, send us a black & white PDF file and we will scan and convert your art to an EPS file to custom cut your logo or design onto any of the many materials and special effect materials below.  This process is not good for very small or thin letters or fine line art, we recommend a minimum 3/8" size lettering or bigger.

We also have flock material for people who want that old school look and feel.

These are the colors we have in stock, we can special order other colors (see below). This is a durable polyurethane based material that is highly flexible. It has a soft hand and strong grip and when applied properly will probably outlast the life of the garment.

Brilliant Chrome and Gold		This is a very shiny material that goes on just about any color shirt where you want a bright chrome or gold effect. Material is .25 per sq in. plus labor. Colors: Brilliant Chrome, Gold & Copper. Hand wash cold water inside out, dry low heat gentle cycle.
Glitter		This is a glitter effect material that goes on just about any color shirt where you want a glitter effect. Material is .25 per sq in. plus labor. Colors: Silver Glitter. Wash cold water inside out, tumble dry low heat gentle cycle.
Sparkle		Our Sparkle is a class of holographic polyester film that creates stunning reflective rainbow color effects. This works well on most colors especially dark colors. Material is .25 per sq in. plus labor. Colors: Silver Sparkle & Rainbow Sparkle. Wash warm, tumble dry.
Metal flake		This is a metal flake effect that goes on where you want a metal flake effect this works well on most colors especially dark colors. Material is .25 per sq in. plus labor. Colors: Metal flake Gold, White & Silver (looks like Black), these colors cannot be layered. Wash cold water inside out, tumble dry low heat gentle cycle.
Neon		Bright Neon colors that jump out on dark or light colors very well. Material is .20 per sq in. plus labor. Colors: Neon Yellow, Green, Orange & Pink.  Wash warm water, tumble dry.
Reflective Material	Day                   Night	Reflection Protection Safety Silver includes use for police, fire, EMS, traffic control, parking, utility, road, construction, transportation, and security personnel, runners, bicyclists and motorcyclists, postal and newspaper delivery workers, among others.  Material is .30 per sq in. plus labor. Colors: Reflective Silver. Wash cool water inside out, tumble dry low heat gentle cycle.
Regular Colors		Our most popular Cad Cut heat transfer film.  This is a durable polyurethane based material that is highly flexible. It has a soft hand and strong grip and should outlast the life of the garment. This our collection of regular color material. Material is .20 per sq in. plus labor. Colors (L to R): Pink, Kelly, White, Orange, Royal, Purple, Red, Columbia Blue, Gold, Old Gold (has a foil finish), Maroon, Antique Silver & Black. Ideal for Many other colors available by special order see below. Wash warm water, tumble dry.
Animal Prints		Animal Prints are preprinted materials that we cut in to the shape of lettering, numbers or your custom design. Material is .20 per sq in. plus labor. Choose from Leopard, Zebra, Cobra and Wild Zebra prints. Wash cold water, tumble low heat.
Glow in the Dark		Glow in the Dark, Glows in the Dark. Material is .25 per sq. in. Wash warm water, tumble dry.
Xtra		This is specially designed for nylon, leather and other heat-sensitive surfaces. This material will adhere to any Siliconized materials with sufficient surface texture for the adhesive to grip. Ideal for nylon jackets, umbrellas, etc. Material is .30 per sq in. plus labor. Colors: White & Black Wash cold water inside out, tumble dry low heat.

*Initial Set-up Cost: There is a one time set-up charge for logos and custom art, setting type and scanning customers art if necessary (PDF files, black & white art, etc. needs to be converted to EPS file) and is not included in the unit cost of the finished goods, most setups are about $5-$10 per artwork or type. Once artwork has been set-up, it is saved and not charged for further orders. Set up charges vary according to complexity and quality of original artwork. We will determine the set-up cost upon receipt of your artwork. Depending on how many shirts and complexity of design we usually like to have 2 days to process custom cad cut orders. We can do same day and next day service with an optional rush charge, check with us on this service. Minimum material charge $3.50.

*These colors cannot have a layer of color applied on top of it.  However, it can be layered on top of another color.

CAD CUT designs and lettering is made from a film and melts into the fabric, making it an extremely durable and is an opaque print. Cad Cut is priced by the square inch plus labor. Regular colors can be overlaid to do multi-color designs.

Most colors may be applied in layers for multi-colored designs, with the exception of the Neon colors, Antique Silver, Old Gold, Metal Flake colors and Columbia Blue. These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors.

This is how a 2 or more color design is cut. Shown below on the Packers design.  

CARE: It is recommended that all garments be turned inside out before washing so the wear and tear caused by the washer and dryer affects the inside of the garment rather than the outside. 

TO WASH: We recommend to turn shirts inside out when washing. Machine wash in warm or cold water, Use no bleach, Machine tumble dry normally or hang dry for better wear. Do not iron on these as you can melt the design. Chrome has to be hand washed in cold water.  

Applying this yourself: * Note: Because we have no control over the application of this material we cannot accept any responsibility for the outcome. We strongly recommend you become familiar with this material before applying it to any items which could misprint your wearable by misapplication. Once applied, the material should never be ironed directly on the material, you can cover with transfer paper or another piece of cloth. We will include a small sample to experiment with when you purchase this. When we apply these we heat our heat press to 330 degrees for 20 seconds. 

    We have a line of stock Cad Cut designs for t-shirts; kids love these and you can put one big dinosaur across the chest or one over the left heart or you can put many small dinosaurs in different colors all over the shirt.

Below are some examples of cad cut designs. The advantage of cad cut is that the design can be made to just about any size 

This was a 2 color custom cut design, Gold background lettering with a Kelly green lettering overlay. Used with one of our stock transfer designs C-116.	This was a cad cut from an Adobe AI file from a replica of a label from a honey company.	This was art made from an embroidered patch and is a 2 color design with gold background and black overlay.	This cheerleader design was from our clip art and scanned and converted to a vector EPS file.	This design was from repeating the guitar art in different colors and adding outline white lettering.
This was a 2 color cad cut design on 1 shirt from a customers sketch that we re-did the art.	This was a digital printed t-shirt a customer bought from Vistaprint and she was very unhappy with the shirt and they refunded her money. Notice the bad black background print around the lettering.	This was the shirt we re-did using our cad cut imprint process from the shirt to the left. Look at the brightness of color and no background black like the shirt from Vistaprint. The Gold and Red jumps off the Black shirt.	Above is a custom cad cut 3 color design using the customers eps file imprinting neon orange, neon green and white on a Black shirt. The color really jumps off the Black shirt. 10 shirts were a rush done in 1 day for an event the next day.	This was a customers logo done on 18 umbrella panels on 6 umbrellas for a customer who used them at a trade show. This is White and Old Gold foil on the customers 8'  umbrellas.
This was a cad cut design done for a Halloween shirt	This was a cad cut shirt using white lettering and font the customer wanted on Denim.	This is a 3 color cad cut design done on a Black shirt.	Above is a custom cad cut 2 color design using the customers lettering and Columbia Blue and White material on a Black shirt.	This process is ideal for doing custom logos & different fonts for custom lettered shirts. To do your logo we need a EPS (vector art), if you don't have EPS art we can convert your art to EPS from Black & White art or a PDF file.
