In our retail section you can order individual t-shirts at $8.45 each, (specify size). Prices below include Baby 12 month and Youth S (6-8) M (10-12) L(14-16) and Adult sizes S ,M ,L ,XL. XXL add $1.50, XXXL add $2.25 and XXXXL (in White, Black & Ash only) add $3.00. Colors: Black, White, Ash, Red, Royal, Kelly, Orange, Yellow, Gold, Navy, Forest Green, Lt. Iron-On Directions for our iron-on Letters & Numbers: Many have asked us if we sell them just the lettering and numbering so they can apply it themselves and the answer is Yes. (We use a special heat transfer press at about 370 degrees for 4 seconds.) on a hard rubber surface. You can probably do it on an ironing board with your iron set as hot as possible and experiment, start off with less time and add more time as necessary. If you don't think it is sticking, try re-ironing the letter again using transfer paper over it, try a couple seconds at a time as over heating can cause damage and melt the letter to much. The letters actually melt onto the fabric which is what makes them hold so well in the wash, letters should never come loose in the wash, if they do that means they were not applied and heated enough. You must cover letters or numbers with heat transfer paper available from us and apply letters with dull side to fabric and shiny side facing up our letters that are being made we now have new letters that have a pebble grain look on the top side. You may get letters that are mixed with new & old material and on color letters there may be slight color difference. After ironing-on letters allow paper to cool before removing paper. Transfer paper is useable over and over again. We cannot be responsible for customers who damage their goods due to not applying letters/numbers correctly or due to different heat sources which we have no control over. Letters are designed to be applied to cotton, poly/cotton, polyester material and just about any type of cloth, it is not designed for nylon.

Rush/Overnight/Shipping Orders...

Customers needing lettering/numbering orders shipped overnight for next day arrival should have orders placed by 1 pm Chicago time in order to be pulled, packaged and invoiced for overnight shipment that day. Customers are responsible for all overnight fees. Minimum mailing charges for regular postal orders is $2.50. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped via US post office, as we have no way to track shipments once they leave our premises. If you want to track your shipment then tell us to ship it UPS which every order is insured automatically for up to $100.00 and is traceable if lost.

Individual iron-on lettering is available on wholesale & retail items. Most individual shirt lettering can be done on a while you wait bases in our showroom. Current styles of letters are shown below we have 1" Block, 2" Block, Small Script, Large Script, Old English (caps & lower case). We have 6" Greek letters for fraternities and Sororities, see below. Individual numbering is available on wholesale orders & retail items. Ideal for sports teams. We have 1", 2", 3" 4" 6" and 8" size numbers. 10" and 12" can be ordered. Specify size, color of numbers and placement of numbers on shirts, see below.

Stock Designs

We have many transfer designs to choose from that can be applied to t-shirts while you wait. Above is a sample of some of the many designs we offer click the above stock designs link to see the next page for designs. We carry a large assortment of "Chicago" designs to give as gifts. And don't forget you can now make your own custom one of a kind t-shirt using our digital imprint process (below).

Custom Digital Transfer Shirts

CSI Chicago offers digital print transfers with a 1 pc minimum. You can bring in a photograph, black & white art or color printout of your artwork you have designed. Just bring in your design or photo on an 8.5 x 11 pc paper to size. If you don't have a print out and need us to print out your design; just email your design or photo to us at customstudios123@yahoo.com, there is a $3.50 charge to do a color print out of your design. If it's a 1 color design an art file like TIF, EPS, AI or PDF file will usually work. Allow about 1-2 days for processing. Same day rush service is available. Our custom digital transfer T-shirts have become one of our most popular items! The advantage of digital transfer printed shirts is the quick turn around and the fact that you can do a complete customized full color shirt from your artwork or photo for $18.95 (we also have quantity discounts). Just email or bring in your favorite photo, drawing or saying. And usually within 1-2 days we will reproduce it onto a t-shirt, apron, tote bag, sweatshirt. etc. We can also reproduce photos on your own material as well (pillow case, cloth, etc.) They tend to be clearer on t-shirts because of the finer weave of the fabric, we don't recommend rib knit shirts or rib knit shirts. Course fabrics are not recommended either. Optional same day service is also available, consult us first. These work best on white or very light shirts as there is no opaque white to this process, so any white areas will be the color of the shirt. We can mount them on optional white backing but it usually has to be a simple design like a square or rectangle. See our new Digiprint transfers below for doing custom transfers on dark colors.

Any Jpeg color file will usually work well for a photo reproduction. For 1 color art a TIF, EPS, AI or PDF file will usually work. Submit us a printed color photo/design printed on white paper to original size (up to 8.5 x 11 size). If we have to print your color design/photo from a file emailed to us there is a $3.50 color print out charge. Enlargement or reduction of your photo or design is $2.50. Normal delivery on custom digital printed jobs is 1-2 days. Orders needed in a hurry are charged a $10.00 rush charge for same day turn around.

Digital Print Transfers and Direct Digital Printed Shirts

We are the only company currently offering this process in Chicago with a 1-2 day turn around. Same day can be done sometimes with a rush charge, check with us first to see if we can help.

	Shown here is a digital transfer print on black for a family reunion needing only 5 shirts in 2 days. This process is ideal for quick turn around. Designed for doing your full color design to go on dark color shirts.		Shown here is a digital transfer print on a Royal blue t-shirt. The customer wanted us to duplicate a shirt she had. This is not always the best way to print a design; working off a printed 8.5 x 11 sheet is what we prefer or computer print out. When doing just lettering like this we prefer to work from a negative print out. White lettering on a black background.
	Shown here is a digital printed transfer t-shirt that we did for a small business that had a full color design. For larger quanities we recommend doing direct digital printing on the garment. Doing direct digital printing requires more time (1-1/2 weeks) Minimum 24 pcs.		Shown here is a full color digital printed dragon design we did for a pool tournament.

We recommend putting digital transfers on White or light colors (Yellow, Pink, Natural or Ash) as color in transfers are transparent and t-shirt color will show through any white portions of your photo/design. For designs to go on a black or dark color shirt requires our white digital transfer process.

Washing instructions for digital imprinted transfer shirts is to turn them inside out and wash using regular detergent. Do not use bleach or detergents that have bleach alternatives and any liquid softeners. Washing in cold water and hang drying will help prolong the design. You can incorporate our stock transfer designs along with our lettering to custom make your shirt as shown below. This is shown below with our stock gold basketball transfer C-20 and 1" royal lettering added.

Special lettering styles

We do carry other lettering styles which can be custom ordered for you such as Tiffany(2" & 3" high), Cooper(3/4" & 1-1/2" high), Varsity(2", 3", 4",5" 6" & 8" high), Jiminy Cricket(1-1/8" high), Shadow(4",6"8" & 9"), Team US(4", 6", 8" & 10") & Pocket (5/8" high). These letters must be ordered in minimums of 10 per letter/per color/per size. These letters are not normally stocked and have to be custom cut and will take longer to get. Also 10" and 12" numbers can be special ordered.

We offer custom iron-on lettering and pre-spaced player names & numbers and customized lettering layout's in 2 and 3 colors. These are available on the next web page above or click here. There also other lettering styles that we have available but do not keep in stock these can be ordered.

Lettering Kits

We can also sell you complete lettering kits at a better price. You will save about 50% by buying lettering kits plus you get 2 free transfer paper sheets with kits and save about 40% on numbering kits. 620 pc alphabet kits come with 40 each of letters AEORS and 20 of all the other letters. 760 pc kits come with 40 each of letters ACEILMNORSTU and 20 of all the other letters. 340 pc Numbering kits come with 120 ea of #1, 40 ea of #0, 40 ea of #2 and 20 of every other number.

Cutzit Cutzit key tags are now available from CSI Chicago. The Cutzit key tag is a key shaped plastic key tag with a small retractable razor sharp blade. This handy key tag is used to cut coupons, string, paper, carpet you name it. These are not available for retail sale anywhere and can only be obtained by buying them custom printed with a minimum order of 250 pcs, as on our web site.
Because of the demand for Cutzits we now have made them available for $1.75 ea with a minimum order of 6 pcs. These are random printed cutzits.
