Stain Imaging

Stain Imaging is NOT screen printing, it is NOT belt printing, It is NOT cut and sew. It is an Innovative new process available through CSI Chicago. Stain imaging combines the customization of printing, luxury of dyeing, and the comfort of gentle distressing. This process is applied with your custom graphics and logos DIRECTLY on to finished garments. Mix and match styles with a 144 pc minimum.

 Banding (design goes completely around shirt)

This 360 proprietary banding method has a soft, comfortable feel with an inherent weathered and distressed look. Pieces can be easily designed to produce quite a variance throughout production. No two shirts will be exactly the same as the image continually wanders. Match up is near perfect offering the best visual wrap around in the business. This solution welcomes high contrast color providing a more conservative alternative to the all over Stain Imaging method.
